The Agentforce World Tour Paris 2026 brought together more than 8,000 decision-makers around agentic AI, through more than 100 conferences, 40 customer testimonials, and 30 live demonstrations. The opening Keynote, led by Parker Harris, co-founder of Salesforce, and Emilie Sidiqian, CEO of Salesforce France, placed innovation and flexibility at the heart of the discussions.

Among the major announcements of this edition, the launch of Headless 360 illustrates Salesforce’s commitment to evolving its platform into an infrastructure directly accessible to AI agents via APIs, MCP tools, and programmatic commands. This approach paves the way for ever more advanced automation of business processes, without relying on traditional user interfaces.

In this context, agentic AI is emerging as a strategic lever for business transformation. The use cases from Canada Goose, Laboratoires Pierre Fabre, and Dell set the tone by illustrating how AI agents make it possible to sustainably reinvent the customer relationship. This momentum continued during a Fireside Chat bringing together AMI Labs, L’Oréal Group, and BCG X around the challenges of AI at scale.

Uprizon was proud to sponsor this new edition of the Salesforce Agentforce World Tour Paris. Several of our clients, including Bouygues Telecom, Natixis, Aviv Group, and Believe, were spotlighted, illustrating the diversity of the projects carried out as well as our ability to fully harness the power of the #1 Salesforce CRM platform, augmented with a digital agentic workforce.

Throughout the day, our CRM, Marketing, Data, Analytics, and AI experts exchanged views on business challenges and concrete feedback from Agentforce projects. Demonstrations of our AppExchange solution Mobee also highlighted its ability to enhance Salesforce and meet the specific needs of the French market. This event was an opportunity to share several use cases around the automation of business processes — such as the creation, qualification, and resolution of requests directly from Outlook in constrained regulatory environments. Discussions also focused on the automation of interactions between the CRM, the intranet, and partner platforms. Our teams also presented their approach to the Unified Customer 360 in multi-brand and multi-platform contexts, as well as the cross-sell and up-sell opportunities made possible thanks to Data Cloud, Tableau and Agentforce.

In the era of Headless 360 and the agentic enterprise, this day confirmed the central role of cross-cloud architectures, data governance, and unified platforms in supporting the evolution of business processes, with immediate impact on revenue and costs.

We would like to thank all the participants who exchanged with our team during this event. We look forward to continuing these discussions and building the future of customer relationships together.
